Hermes is a private, self-hosted assistant operated by a single individual for their own personal use. It is not offered as a service to the public, accepts no registrations, and has no users other than its operator.
Access is limited to the operator. Any attempt to access the system without authorisation is prohibited.
Hermes accesses the operator's own Google account only, and only with scopes the operator explicitly granted. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Output is generated by a language model and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it should not be relied upon as professional advice.
The operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this software.
